Configuration features：

Motor system

The permanent magnet synchronous motor we designed is Level F insulation, the motor takes top level magnet steel, silicone steel stacking in group, 60 round aluminum group located. Denuo series motors choose automatic wire winding and embedding integrated technical to realize the maximum torque , then the fan will have much energy reserve ,this resolve the problem of heat of the machine, in this way, the fan could work more efficient for a long time.

Fan Blade

1. The design was made by advanced CFD imitate software and wind tunnel experiment , the streamlined blade adopts aerodynamics principles

2. The blade is made of aluminum alloy 6063# , then through T6 process, very strong ,corrosion preventive .

3. Oxidation treatment process make sure surface of the blade easy to clean .

4. The deflector on rear prevent air flow back into blade, low down the air resistance .

Control system

1. Imported variable frequency controller is selected for stepless speed regulation

2. The dedicated frequency converter for the fan can carry high carrier waves, reduce motor squealing, improve pulse signal quality, and have a built-in filter to reduce interference.

3. The control system comes with over voltage, under voltage, phase loss, and overload protection,Automatic power outage protection in case of unexpected situations.

4. Digital display on screen for more convenient monitoring.
